Chavz is deep in the heart of Amboy

Picture
Rising Perth Amboy music man Chavz is looking forward to the release of his new single, “Deep Inside.” The drop will give him an opportunity to clear up something important to him.

“When I was on ‘106 and Park’ (on BET last summer for the release his song ‘I’m Her Lover’) they said I was from Brooklyn and a lot of people got mad,” said Chavz, aka Jose Villalona. “On my bio it says I was born in Brooklyn but I’ve been here (in Perth Amboy) for years. I rep Perth Amboy and now I’m going to try to give an opportunity to my town to take this journey.”

We’re sure he’ll be forgiven soon enough — if he’s not already. Chavz, not unlike Pitbull, is turning heads with his merging of hip-hop, R&B and club music for a dynamic new vibe.

The latest is “Deep Inside,” featuring a hook sung by Daisy Grant of Newark. Look for it on Chavz’ So Serious Entertainment Website at www.soseriousentertainment.com.

The video was shot at the Z Bar on New Brunswick Avenue in Perth Amboy. Elease Donovan, a hottie from Oxygen’s “Bad Girls Club,” makes a guest appearance, Chavz said.

“I never watched the show, then I saw it — wow, this is messy,” Chavz said.

Sounds like a ringing endorsement to us.

As for “Deep Inside,” to our ears it sounds like a hit -- a go for the club and the car.

“As long as I’m being myself the music will speak for itself,” Chavz said.

Welcome To Purfek Storm Management!: As a business entity is built on taking talented people in music, film, and entertainment as a whole from start-up positions to the pinnacles of success. Purfek Storm Management would like to welcome Kre Forch out of Philly to the team. Kre Forch is the next big artist out of Philly, his track record with Beanie Sigel and Meek Mills speaks for it self. The power couple of Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter and Beyonce Knowles is ranked collectively at No. 13 on the list. As artists, both have enjoyed remarkable successes: He holds the record for the most No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200, topping that chart with 12 albums and selling 28 million units in the U.S. along the way, according to Nielsen SoundScan, while she has racked up sales of more than 29 million units from sales of her solo albums and as part of Destiny's Child.WASHINGTON (AP) -- In the most impressive surge for the job market since early last year, the United States added 243,000 jobs in January, far more than economists expected. The unemployment rate dropped to 8.3 percent, the lowest in three years. Lower unemployment is a positive a sign for President Barack Obama's re-election hopes. Still, he's likely to face voters with the highest unemployment rate of any post-war president. "There are still far too many Americans who need a job ... but the economy is growing stronger. The recovery is speeding up. And we need to do everything in our power to keep it going," Obama said Friday. Hiring accelerated across the economy and up and down the pay scale. The high-salary professional services industry added 70,000 jobs, the most in 10 months. Manufacturing added 50,000, the most in a year. "This is a very positive employment report from almost any angle," said Brian Bethune, an economics professor at Amherst College.
There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.
